Not that it is the time to change anything on the rigging, and I am no expert on the rigging of an ocean going craft, but the distance of the hands from your body at the finish is a bit far, which reduces your ability to fully utilize your strength. can you try rowing with a little longer inboard? If the oar depth is to shallow then, do you have longer oars. At the time of the video was the boat fully loaded? Good luck.
