Nope. The strongest tornado I saw where I know it's rating was the first of 3 tornados near the Quinter area on May 23rd. You can see that one in the rain at 0:25. It was rated EF2. The strongest tornado I've seen in my years of chasing was EF3. The first being on May 4, 2003 in SE KS the other being on June 12, 2004 in Mulvane, KS. Those 2 tornados can be seen on my storm chasing slideshow video. The May 4 tornado is a large one surrounded by debris, and the Mulvane one is a white cone.
