i started off with flowlights and practice/sock poi and i find it very hard to cross over to glowsticks because of the weight difference.

I don't know of any tutorials for it

you're basically doing a spiral and blocking the strings from unwrapping

right thumb blocks your left hand string

left thumb blocks your right hand string

@rmsuzuki85 okay that from a link cath. and if u go to a thumb split your supposed to catch it but what he's doing there is just using his hand to hit the glowstick back down and switch to the other hand and go back and forth. so just link catch, somewhat thumb split, and keep doing it again and again!! let me know if u got this and/or if this works for u!
