i dunno i mite try it tho.. definitely need something for those damn 10 pins i have a high accuracy hit rate for da 7s tho i just thro it slow and it hooks over enough..
@ttaya22 I see just as many 7 pins missed as 10 pins when using a strike ball. Sometimes you allow for a little hook and it doesn't and other times you don't allow for enough hook. With a plastic ball like the Fireball you can throw straight at the pin and not worry if it is going to hook or not.
Not sure what your bowling style is, but it's a great looking plastic ball when shined up for throwing straight at the spears. I'm a Stroker with a few revs and the Fireball looks real nice spinning down the alley.
I guess you could sand it a little if you wanted some hook, but I think you would need to crank the shit out of it.
If you are just starting to bowl and learning the fundamentals then yeah, the Captain Fireball is a good first ball to own. Later you can use it for your spares!
Yeah, I like the way it looks rollin down the ally. I use the AMF Mega Friction and the Nkryption Code as my go to balls and bought the Capt. Fireball for my corner pin spares. It's a plastic ball and hardly hooks at all. Just what I need to throw right at the pins and not worry if it is going to hook or not. Missed a LOT of 7 pins before getting the Captain Fireball!
