Mine doesn't rattle and I'm very pleased with it. I love the straight through flow with the quiet sound.

I had dual exhaust with two of these mufflers and they rattled horribly. I found out that since they were the original batch of VT mufflers that other customers complained about them. Dynomax redesigned them with the valve sitting at a different angle. Do you ever hear any rattling?
