The chief officer is wrong, The risley is 228FT long was built in 1985 and has 4 engines each producing approx 2240 HP ea. Got the info off a info card at an open house. YOu would think someone working on it would at least know a bit about the ship?
@MrNiagaraaaaaaaaaa In my opinion, anyone looking to work as a sailor should find another way to make a living. They don't call it the divorce guard for nothing. You don't want to work for the Canadian Coast Guard unless you don't have a family and are alone all the time anyway. The pay isn't that good, and you spend too much time away from home.
