I just learned something.I thought curry was a powder they get from a leaf of a plant.My supermarket sells curry paste in Yellow,Red,and Green.What is the Difference ?
@demmylowther Not sure - but it may have to do with the relative "hotness" of the curry paste. Check the ingredients. Also, curry pastes and blends are often made for different kinds of dishes - vegetables, beans, lentils, etc.
