I've had a somewhat similar experience. This girl started talking to me and started asking rather intrusive questions. She also was commenting on my responses and general reactions. I'm quite a shy person so it made the experience a whole lot worse.

The meisner technique is meant to be very freeing and uplifting technique, to enable you to pick up on peoples' emotions and actions and react to them in a natural way - not to make people feel more uncomfortable. . Also the fact that it is an 'acting' technique should have been a clue to her that it's not to be used in general everyday situations. Whoever taught this girl is teaching her wrong. Either that or she's just plain rude. Rant over.
