Hey, the prelude/game over for FF7 is mainly just a major scale, right? That's what it looked like to me, anyway.

You're such a good player, regarding technique and expression. I am really impressed. One thing that creeps me out every time though (sorry!) is the misunderstood chords from the Monkey Island title theme. I once arranged it for my band on flute, pan flute, accordion, guitar, and bass, and later learned to play it on the accordion myself, but I lack much of your amazing proficiency on playing.

I bought the FFX piano collections book to learn this peice (FFX ending theme), and I finally got it down, but let me tell you, this ISNT the FFX piano collections version, this is beyond it, this is incredible. The piano collections version is easy by comparison!

@philbateman1989 I've learned the piano collection version of To Zanarkand and I'm currently working on the FFX Ending Theme.I've got the sheet music for both on the FFshrine website.As for To Zanarkand it looks much more similar to the game version, while for the ending theme w3sp added some lower octave interval after the arpeggios in the end and slightly modified the second-last bar of the third page and he skipped the last part. They're not much harder to play, still he was excellent.

I've been watching the big pianovideo for some years now, and I never stop getting amased on how perfect it sounds. This is what happens when a concertpianist finds out he want's to make a tribute video for his childhood memorys.

Unless some other concertpianists that played and loved theese games as a child, makes recordings of theese pieces, theese recordings will be the most sofisticated recordings of theese pieces for ever =)

@ramzeysid: That's subjective. You can interpretate a piece how you want. The key to succses is to make it sound right/musical in that speed and dynamics. W3sp manages that, and give us the most uniqe interpretations of theese pieces I have ever heard. I'm kinda tired of hearing that everyone, tries to play it exactly like the OST or the piano collection(Aki Kuroda). You know what I mean?

And remember, this is subjective, so I'm not picking on your opinion, cus it maters as much as mine :-)

i'm not one of those people who plays like the OST, my "those who fight" is really different where u use the pedal and stuff =) and it hasn't got a fixed tempo!
