The piano technic is no how fast you can play, but how pure is the sound, In this case the sound is not to pure, the voices sometimes melted, but is very passion, I really like Helene playing Bach's concertos. Helene is a good pianist, but to play preludes and fuges is not to deep, is ofensive to compare with other píanists, but I like your playing even is not perfect.
Good but her performance of the fugue is almost identical to Rosalyn Tureck's only with a bit more of pedalling. She already has a beautiful face and a great technique (at least far superior to mine) and now, all she needs is a style of her own.
So subtle, sensitive and melancholic. It's her style...reflection, feeling of doom, growing dramatic tense, becoming extinct. Performed in authentic, romantic or impressionistic way Bach always stays universal, versatile, multipurpose in any epoch. His soul reflects and revives in our hearts while we play or listen to his music.
What an extremely beautiful tragic piece of music this is! The sorrow of questions will never fade in such a powerful fugue.

OMG, OMG, this is Heaven, right? OMG, one of my favorite P& F, and my favorite pianist... oneness...
Glenn Gould will be forevermore on the throne, but now he has, wherever he is, his Bach goddess...

The dialectic opposite of Glenn Gould, I would say. But both interpretations are extremely good.

The feeling she puts on it, she makes it sound like the true passion it was written for.
