Thanks for your Videos, they are made well and instructive. I ate my chocolate before I started the build ;) coz I knew I'd squash it otherwise, It was pretty good. Im still building my Makergear Mendel, its taken me a couple of weeks here and there. Even though I used to run a mechanical/ Steel assembly department I have never had experience with electronics so its a laerning experience for me along the way as I would expect it is for many, Cheers!
@terriwang Well, $800x2 for the current model (TM-900), but I get your point. However, $200 for lights will make any video 100x better. I've shot credible work on a pair of mismatched Flip cameras with good light. Just sayin'.
@terriwang You can see most of the equipment I use in the store at | I use two of the Panasonic TM-300's at different angles. Also, I use a Seinheizer wireless mic and a pair of Calumet Quattro Fluorescent lights. The light is the most important thing. You can't get any kind of good image without good light, no matter how good the camera is. Note that the TM-300 is no longer available. It's newest successor, the TM-(00 is actually a worthy upgrade.
Thanks so much. This is going to be the toughest part I think. I'd be totally lost with out these. What a pain in the ass! =)
