  • A woman's liberal courts granted 'right' to not be pregnant, cannot possibly supersede the child's true right, to not be killed. FACT: Each and every legal surgical abortion in America today, stops a beating heart. What is the most selfish act a woman could ever perform? 1) Taking her own life. 2) Taking the life of her own child. If you are 'pro' or in favor of a woman's 'right' to kill her children, then you are without question: Pro Death

  • @truthinreality -- When it comes to killing convicts, I bet you are pro death penalty!

  • a) Privacy is entirely the wrong word, bodily autonomy better describes the issue at the heart of the abortion debate

    b) Bodily autonomy is pretty much constitutionally guaranteed, in terms of freedom to do this and that. However it conflicts with laws against murder. Now if you don't think a fetus is a human being then abortion's fine any day. But if you do, then you find yourself in an awkward position asking which law trumps which (no pun intended), but usually it goes against abortion

all men are CREATED equal, the first settlers to America were missionaries to bring the Gospel here, but you probably wont find that in a public school text book since they want us to forget our history in order to change our future. and privacy is intimate, so murder of a baby is intimate?? where's the baby's "privacy" was it privacy to kill Jews in camps since it was out of public view? like it or not,all will answer to God for their sins and whether or not they accepted Jesus.

  • @epiultra Your moral views are your own, and I respect them. But your conception of what "privacy" means is not the correct one when you hear the term "right to privacy" in the legal context. Once again, I speak on this issue from a purely legal perspective, without any discussion of God or morality. In this video, or whenever you hear the term "right to privacy", I'm just letting you know, that your conception of it is not what they are speaking of.

  • The major spike in crime ended after the 80's due to the legalization of abortion. The unwanted children that become criminals is reduced because of abortion. ---Freakonomics.

  • @hitherio

America itself was a faith-based intitiative, as was the constitution, the whole purpose was to freely worship and follow the one true God. If you take God out of law you will make unGodly laws, like abortion. Criminalizing abortion would end all practicing clinics just like we don't have cocaine stores. not making it a police state. people will break any law but it will dramatically reduce the murders of babies and of course you can't monitor terms of pregnancy. a childish argument.

  • @epiultra This is another very odd argument. You know that the Constitution has not a single mention of God in it, right? And the use of the word "lord" is merely used as a signature of the date (i.e. as a formality).

  • @Roushfan5

God is the author of life. He gives our first breath and our last. To those who end life early they will give an account. To those who make other's lives miserable they will give an account. It is appointed unto man once to die, and afterwards judgement. Unlike God we have a traceable beginning, like God we are eternal and have no end. if we live separate from Him in this life by sin, we will be separate from Him in hell for eternity. If we trust Jesus for salvation we will be saved.

  • @epiultra OK, I'll buy part of that. I want you to "give account" for making my life miserable with your retarded views. And if you doubt my sincerity, I can testify that a voice told me to ask you that question. Now, I actually believe you're an organic, mortal, fallible human ape just like me, but you're obviously considerably more stupid than I am so I feel qualified to demand you defend your idiotic views. And I'd trust Jesus to make me a stool and do party tricks - it's what he was good at.

  • It is obvious that Mr. Trump doesn't understand Roe v. Wade and the underlying Right of Privacy issue it intailed. Mr. Trump pulled a typical Sarah Palin type of answer on something he just hasn't learned about yet. Roe. v. Wade was totally about the Woman's Right To Privacy. PERIOD. The decision was YES !! You can be Pro-Conception - but if you believe in a Woman's Right to Privacy - then it becomes an individual concept - not a legal law-making concept.

  • "I guess there is..." Are you kidding me? He doesn't know about the 4th Amendment? You know, the right to be secure in your person, places and things?

And he wants to be President? The only thing I can see Trump as being is a spoiler that will deny the Republicans the presidency and see President Obama win a second term.

  • she is implying you can't be against abortion and for privacy, not true.If someone kills another in the privacy of their own home are they not to be prosecuted because it was in their"private"home and the law would interfere with their"right to privacy."I believe in privacy but it is no private matter to take the life of another.God made each individual in the womb and thus all human life is sacred. They are unborn, not unhuman. If they're not human than what does an abortion prevent from existing?

  • @epiultra -- God doesn't exist. He never did . . . he never will. The concept of God is a fairy tale, a scam -- so that suckers like you can be reigned in and controlled. The belief that some imaginary spook living in a paradise in the sky will deposit you in some fiery pit if you abort an unwanted baby is pure baloney!

  • @politicalarticles God loves you :D

  • @CpsLock3 -- It seems like this GOD, whoever he/she is loves only a portion of the world. If he/she were so powerful and loved everyone equally -- there would be no wars, no famine, no racism -- and most important no terroristic Republicans .....and Mr. 'I Slaughtered 1 million Iraqis' Bush would note be sitting in Dallas sipping the best wine!

  • @politicalarticles I knew that would piss you off.

  • @epiultra This is not simply an argument over privacy, and everything in privacy. This is simply stating that Donald Trump, a self-proclaimed presidential candidate, does not know that Roe V. Wade decided that abortion was legal due to the privacy included in ending a pregnancy. I do not know where God, murder, and sacred life is in that. This is not a philosophical debate, it is a law that is made, that Donald Trump knew nothing about. Not in it's legal forms, or in its background.

  • @epiultra How do you know what “god” wants? Maybe god wants the unborn in his protection, rather then subjecting him or her to a long life of poverty and abuse at the hand of two unloving parents that are not ready/unwilling to carry a child. As far as adoption there are so many unwanted children in the world that bringing a child in this world you do not plan to love and care for is really fucked.

Of course lets not forget this is all assuming that god exists, and its YOUR god.

  • @epiultra You lose the argument when you make ridiculous claims about "god" making things. "god" is a myth. Humans have been inventing gods since the dawn of our existence - out of fear and ignorance of, and to help explain the world around us. That much is obvious to anyone who studies the real world, not writings put down before the age of enlightenment. I'm sure you believe being dumb is your god given right, but please learn to use punctuation correctly.

  • @epiultra Nobody is pro-abortion. Pro-lifers don't understand that, no single human being who is pro-choice likes abortions. Being pro-choice means you think women should have the right to their own body and what is inside of them. A fetus is a child, I agree. However, your belief in God and abortion is faith-based initiative that many Americans disagree with. If abortion is criminalized, how are you going to make sure every single pregnancy in this country comes to term? Create a police state?

  • @epiultra You are misunderstanding what is meant by the "right to privacy". When one talks about the right to privacy in the constitutional context, it is not the type of privacy you are describing. It is used to describe an individual's liberty to make decisions regarding the most intimate and personal details regarding one's life. This would include the right to procreate, marry, have intimate relations as one wishes, etc. Has nothing to do with what you are speaking of.

  • @epiultra Anything else you are describing solely rests on your own personal moral views. I will not argue those because my only purpose was to explain to you the legal argument regarding what the "right to privacy" means in this context. The Court in Roe greatly stressed that the state has an interest in the value and sanctity of life, as you describe. But they held that the woman's right to privacy in her decision overrides that interest up until a certain point.

  • Wow, what an idiot!

  • someone changed their mind about something OMFG lets riot... you libtards are running scared lol I love it

  • @Dusco25 Please explain what you are talking about. From what I have seen, liberal AND conservative sources are bashing NOT Donald Trump, but Donald Trump's chances of becoming a viable "threat" to presidency because he changes his mind. I don't care if he changes his mind, it's odd, but I do not care. However, on a national level debate, his tendency to strongly change his point of views will hurt his chances.

  • @MusicSportsPolitics Good! He's a fucking cunt. The world would be a much worse place if this ass hole became president. Just ask anyone who's property he's 'acquired' to build on, or anyone he's built next to. Then go check out the way he's ruining a beautiful piece of ancient coastline in Scotland. Actually, cunt isn't a bad enough word for him. A truly suitable word hasn't been invented yet. But after this, maybe the word should just be: Trump.

  • @Dusco25 No, its that Trump doesn't actually understand the issue. Its entirely obvious that he had no clue that the "right to privacy" that the Supreme Court reads into the "liberty" component of the 14th Amendment is the underpinning that justifies the right to abortions recognized in Roe. It is not at all a matter of him changing his view. The problem is that he doesn't understand the issue beyond his own moral viewpoint.

  • Palin flashback! OMG!

  • he is such a JOKE!!! omfg, anyone believe he is anything but a joke is in complete denial.

  • Presidential candidates should not have to guess what is in the constitution. He doesn't understand the constitution but I guess that's ok, his constituents don't understand it either.
