It's not 'live' as such, it is miming, she pre-records herself before the show without music or any vocal help.

But now-a-days singing is more about stage presence and she has a lot of it, don't forget she is dancing and moving around, this is pretty much what she would sound like if she started singing live.

Oh and I am right, before I get correct because I study this type of thing in uni, so please don't think just because you have a set of eye you are right/everything is just as it seems.
