It's too bad lead singer Jimmy Ibbotson left the Dirt Band a few years ago. He sang most of their hits after they crossed over to country stardom and was a major part of their success, It's weird hearing Jeff Hanna sing this song, his voice isn't the same as Ibby's. Jeff Hanna did sing lead vocals on Mr. Bojangles, a song they recorded in the 60s. NGDB was at their peak in the 80s, with chart-topping hits including Fishin' In The Dark, Oh What A Love and Cadillac Ranch, a Springsteen cover.
