One of the all time great songs performed in an impecable manner. I'm a sucker for the lift of the a cappella ending! Brilliant idea! You all make it look easy. That's the sign of true professionals!
I keep coming back to hear this song. I love it. I love your voice, and the harmony from the other guys. I put it on my Facebook page so others could hear it too. Thank you so much for posting it here, I have been listening to you for fifty-three years and will never tire of it.
I was there at Thousand Oaks when you did this in person. Just wish more songs from that memorable concert were here. Thank you for helping smooth out the wrinkles in our day by your music. Keep it up....thanks. Linda HIronimus
You guys have been so busy! We are hoping you guys get to Texas soon! We miss you -- especially when you put a great song "You Belong to Me" on the Internet to entice us! Love your great harmony, wonderful humor, and your classy look. Come to Texas! Mary Jo
I am so glad you posted this song. It is one of my favorites from your show. Not a Preps hit, but you do it so beautifully and it fits your style so well. I love your new show.
You guys should really change your name to "The Fabulous Four Preps". Wonderful performance! Keep pleasing audiences like this and you'll have more work than you shake a Wombat at. Huh?
We were blessed to be able to not only see these guys in person, but for my husband to play guitar for them last year. We so enjoyed that and will never forget it!
What a great performance Bruce. You guys are still the greatest. Just hearing you sing, brought back a flood of memories from dancing to your records. Keep it up - hope to see your act one day soon. Thanks for the memories.
Bruce and every iteration of the Preps haven't lost an iota of the talent they/it had when I became their fan club prez in the 50s. So I'm incurable, I know it ... and haven't been seeking a cure!! Is it any wonder that The Preps have lasted through the decades?!
Goosebumps! This brings back so many memories. Bruce and the guys look and sound fantastic. Looking forward to seeing you again in May when you come to FL!!
god, they sound great! so many years of musical brilliance on that stage, and you can hear it! Bruce is, and always has been, a showman and a singer without equal! if you ever have the chance to catch the preps live, you''d be a fool to pass it up!
Is this great or what? An awsome memory for me, because some of The Four Preps were my Theta Xi Fraternity brothers at UCLA in the 1950s, and they used to stand around the piano and sing in the living room. If you like this, check out "21 Miles Across the Sea". Regards to all. Geraldo O'Kelly, Venice, Florida
Elwood. Thanks for your interest. One of them was named Norm Inabnett, but he eventually changed his name to a stage name because his original name was a little hard to pronounce. I will look through some old photos and see if I can find something to post for you. Regards.
The Preps still sound great after close to 60 years!!!!!!! I was delighted to find their entire catalog on iTunes. I had not heard "Big Man" in many years - what a treasure....
I came across a couple Preps 45's years ago and fell in love with thei'r marvelous talent. They're still great today.

I picked up 2 LP's in the Middle East in 1973 and they still sound as good now as they did then. Brilliant. Pete B
