  • that first arm lock was new to me, very cool, just when you think you have seen it all. will have to break that down and add it to my own. much respect and thanks..

  • Holy shit, Mr. Wallace! Is that Anthony? This is Voltaire, man... I wonder if you remember me. Anyway, I heard about all that ruckus with the Bullshido stuff, and I think it's really funny. Anyway, catch you later, man.

  • i know mike since i was a baby and i jus found out a couple days ago that he was in da nhl

  • Mike Marson knows me well. I met him in Toronto in 1997. Mike is a great dude too.

  • whoa really! Tell mike he's one of my hockey heroes! As a young black hockey player the names in my head were he, willie, mckegony and mike grier.. I'm doing my part to teach the generation after me the love of the game too.. all the best to you guys!

  • I'm a Lacoste/Inosanto Kali and Sayoc Kali practioner, the bullshido guys need to take a good look at their instructors before they comment on other people's skills. Would love to see some more.

  • No, my question is why HE is so close. Of course you should get as close as possible. He on the other hand should work on maintaining the range.

It's not something good on your part, it's something bad on his part.

  • There are many ways to close distance, but this lesson addresses the issue of being within range. I have used many different things to disarm people. I have disarmed people with bladed weapons and firearms. Closing the distance is not a problem.

  • Thanks for your comment. We are also Wing Chun artist, so we LOVE people to get close to us. We are also MMA, so grappling range is perfect for us. Thanks for looking.

  • Why is he attacking you at such a close range? He can't even get a decent cut at that range. Obviously it's easy to grapple him at that point and do all sorts of nasty stuff.

  • Believe me, the closer the better. Wing Chun fighters can fight in a phone booth.

  • How does your style deal with opponents who know enough about stick fighting to hold the centre of the weapon?

  • It is actually much easier to disarm someone holding the center of the stick. That is a big no no in Escrima.

  • cool

  • Don't listen to anything bullshido says, they are a bunch of rednecks with nothing better to do with their lives than crticize other people that they don't even know. As long as martial arts exist, someone insecure will criticize someone else. Excellent bo form by the way!

  • Don't worry, I have put the word out about those punks. Most of them are jackasses, but there are a few good members who recognized bullshidos bull shit. Thanks for the comments.

  • Bullshido does a GREAT job at outing some frauds- I commend them for those they legitimately outed. I think Sifu Wallace is not one of them. I think Bullshido reps should sit down with the man for civil conversation. He is actually a very good guy, and quite intellegent.

  • Thanks for doing some real research about me instead of believing that bull shit from bullshido.

  • I have spoken to Sifu Wallace many times via email. He is a great guy, and he is a friend. He and I will work out together at some point and I am sure he is quite skilled. He also seems very humble. I don't feel that the things said about him are fair.

  • Bullshido is a hate group filled with many disrespectful martial artist. No all of them, but a large number of them.

  • I'm on a perpetual quest for no-nonsense martial arts, geared for personal defense. My main background is four years of Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and i wanted to say those morons at Bullshido make me embarrassed to say i do it... Your stuff is definitely interesting, keep it coming!

  • Thanks for the comment, and I am glad you can see bullshido is full of bull shit. I also practice Jujitsu and Muay Thai (MMA), so don't let a few idiots from bullshido give the art a bad name. I know lots of BJJ guys who are very respectful and great training partners. My new videos will be out this Spring. Good Luck to you with all your training.

    Milton

  • Thank you! I'm especially looking forward to seeing what the striking theory behind your Kung Fu system can supplement my Muay Thai striking with.

  • You will see them first. Thanks

  • Zero,

MOST BJJ guys are awesome people (you seem humble as well). I feel they keep the traditional respect with intense realism in training. Many of them have kindly shared their knowledge with me.

  • It is unfortunate that most MMA guys lack respect for their opponents.

  • Thanks a lot Ironfist. Tom Kagan and Pfrost both better hope I never catch their asses. They don't want to fight you either because they know you will kick their asses. I'll fight Tom Kagan and Pfrost at the same time, and I know you could do it too. Bullshido looks really like fools, and the whole world knows. LOL!

  • Keep up the training. Looks tight.

  • Thanks. I'll keep the good stuff coming.

  • Good stuff man! I like your form.

  • Thanks. I will have some new stuff soon.
