i just heard that the lips are the only part of your skin that don't exfoliate themselves, which causes chapped lips. i've been exfoliating mine every other day for the past 11 yrs with mary kay satin lips. love that set. i plan on using a LUSH sugar lip scrub soon.

@bloo702tv I mean putting on the chapstick is just to keep your lips moisturized and not chapped, and usually I just put on the chapstick and it kind of wears off as the day goes on and I just reapply. I don't like chapped lips :(

I recommend warm water, but I'd say cold-warm is good. If it's too hot, the sugar will just melt too fast before you can exfoliate! Best of luck<3

OHH, final thing, to make things clear, i meant soft lips new line - "Softlips® Pure", its 100% natural which means they DONT have menthol in it. USDA certified it 95% organic. It comes in 2 flavours, pomegranate and honeydew melon. (i love the honeydew melon one! you should totally try it) its 4.75 if you wanted to know.

i believe they DO put menthol in their original one.

I do agree with softlips being pricey, but you pay what you get for. Better than having cancer in the future! ;)

they add chemicals to make your lips moist,

and after awhile it cracks, making your lips,

drier than they were before.

just figured you should know..

stick with the soft lips, they dont scam money. ;)
