I think the wording is misleading as to who these services are actually for. The contractors that bid on these jobs must get a free ticket on the outside, or maybe they will be in the camps themselves,as inmates. I have NO PROBLEM essentially with organized emergency preparedness -- NONE. It never seems to work, however! I will be 55 next year, grew up in the USA and now live in France. I don't even have a problem with coffin readiness! I don't, not really! But all this is CREEPY and I mistrust it, big time. Where I grew up in Ohio was FAR from perfect, but enduring martial law there in the '60s was traumatic and did NO GOOD. Most of my neighbors cooperated well. I dunno, at this point!

I think the handwashing stations are to wash the blood off. In fact I know someone who said he was working for a subcontractor who was installing security is a high profile LE Agency. I can't say which one but he said their were drains in the interrogation room and bolts in the walls and floors to shackle people to.
