so strange to see a dislike on this. not that some people probably "dislike" twin peaks, but its just odd to think someone actually searched for an obscure video like this..the first appearance of coop in the show..and then disliked it. i mean there are plenty of shows i dont watch or didnt like if i saw them but who gets on youtube, searches for a random clip such as this only and then dislikes it?

Agent Cooper is one of the most enjoyable characters I'v e seen in ages.
He's an awesome mix of straight up genius, goof, eccentric, and somehow seems completely innocent all the time.
I really love his tactless interjections about obvious things when he's talking about something serious. It never fails to elicit a chuckle.
