  • I love fish, but this looks like piles.

  • ranchus are pretty in their own way but i still feel like they're pus filled x.x

  • OMG O.O

  • eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek

  • is somthing wrong with it ??

  • O_O GAH!

  • Can they live with the red cap orandas?

  • @indiafattygyrl Yes, any kind of "fancy" goldfish lives well together. Fancies are things like orandas, lionheads, ranchus, pearlscales, etc.

  • @Cocobeanorz A few questions, If they can be shipped to the Bahamas, (a) How long would it take?, (b) How much would it cost ?, (c) Where can I order it from ?

  • They're like little water puppies. <3

  • Beautiful fish.

    One in a billion.

  • that fish is freaking me out

  • its face is fat!! but cute =]

  • Cute! I wish mine would turn all fat and puffy like tat!

  • also known as lionheads

  • Thats a ranchu. Lionhead have longer bodies with a flatter back.

  • It is not natural at all, the wen is a characteristic which was probably a mutation and DEFINITELY enhanced through many years of careful breeding. There are no wild lionheads, this was purposely and skilfully done.

  • Sleepy ranchu!

  • This is what I call a true Ranchu. Head growth is just right. Also goldfish are not 100% domestic since they were fisrt discovered in the rivers of China.

  • This looks sick and wrong.

    Poor fish. :(

  • how is it sick and wrong they all look like this ithe fish looks cool =P

  • No goldfish exist in the wild.

  • I'm probably wrong, but I heard that all goldfish including Lionheads are domestic... not wild.

  • pengy, u r roght. Goldfish r 100% domestic.

  • @pengy44 That's right

  • @pengy44 wha do you mean

  • This is wrong. These fish are adorable but not when they can hardly see.

  • your right that fish is really in need of a wen trimming! poor fish!

  • You can hardly see hiseyes

  • Woah that is cool! Amazing fish.

  • This fish is not blind just since it has head growth! (by the way, you should've taken a video of it from top-view, ranchu are best in top view) Someone reply to my comment!

  • huhuhuu... for me, any view are very cool.

  • It looks exactly like my old ranchu. I gave it away because I couldn't stand looking at it. I felt really sorry for it, more like sad really, when the wen completely blocked its eyes and kept bumping into things and other goldfishes.

  • You know there are piscine(fish) vets that can correct that problem by surgically removing the portion of the wen that blocks the fish's eyes.

  • I've read about that in one of my goldfish books, but my local vets don't treat goldfishes. One book also suggested to do it yourself, but I'm not the kind of guy who would try something that delicate.

  • cancerfish has cancer

  • lol its not cancer, its just how its face looks. kinda like how Persian cats look like someone slammed their face in a door, but really they're just born and bred that way.

  • poor fish!its blind1

  • OMG! i want one lol.

I have a black ranchu..but hes only small.. Hes not going to grow very big i dont think lol. well i hope not. coz then i have to get a bigger tank:/ And fit it in my room next to his 7 fighting fish friends lol

But that one is CUTE! lol

  • What is the dimension of it?

    It seems so huge!

  • he is lovely...but going blind.

  • wow that scares me no offense

  • cute, an cute...

  • cute one...looks like a puppy

  • PUPPY!?

  • not puppy, MONSTER!

  • That is a very beautiful ranchu
