  • @BallingFahEver for real. no wonder, i have most of the videos when she's talking and searchin for more dance ones. i had favorited some that were deleted.

  • I'm trying to find the ones of her with long and short hair. It's fun looking for her. She still is my favorite and she wrote be back 3 times!

  • A Myspace friend directed me to Keedah's son's spoken word poetry. Wone has quite the way with words! She did well in raising him. I agree with the comments about the smooth elegant dance moves!

  • WOW!! Look at Keedah go!lol

  • Soul Train alum Keedah Giannetti has just released a book called "Thoughts From A Man - My Uncle Lewis." Described as a fascinating puzzle of Keedah's family history, Uncle Lewis speaks of "familial loves, romantic love, wild and crazy love, fueled with a love of life.

  • @StandingOnTheTop

    Thank you!!!

  • I'm a former wannbe cholo and this song brings back all those 80s memories.

  • my favorite song as a kid. I was an ugly ugly kid. Ironic

  • @TheBlaquebutterfly ugly is a state of mind, and personal belief, anyone if they follow the right variables and exercise and are happy in their lives, and avoid stress and don't go through traumatic events can look HOT! I know the illuminati didn't want me to say that, but fuck them and their brain damaging lies, everyone worships how hot Cindy Crawford or Rihanna is, we'll see how ahem hot they are if they go to Iraq in full combat gear, and come back grief stricken from their friends killed.

  • Keedah - smooth, smooth moves. The groove always right-on and movin' with style; stylish and relaxed. Such a pleasure to see - all her dance partners so lucky to boogie right alongside with Keedah, among the MOST memorable dancers in the show's history.

  • @hitomusic i agree.

  • bad ass dancing at 0:44, that dude is very coordinated and talented.

  • I love it, love it, love it!!! Keedah you never looked better!!! It would always make my Saturday to see you on the show. Go on girl!!!!!

  • Awesome Cholo music

  • Such a fitting song

  • YEEEEEEEAH, THIS WAS MY SONG, (back in the 80's) ME & "G" (he was my FIRST love)

    SOUL TRAIN ROCKED!

They should have played the whole song through!!!!

  • Get it Keedah!! I love it!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

  • The soullllllllllllllllllllll trainnnnnnnnnnnn!!!

  • Keedah is a cutie.

  • I love that sexy move at 0:15-0:I8 & 1:02-1:04. 1:24-1:30 is the ultimate. :-)

  • @NashidBey yeah!

  • She is so smooth and graceful, like a model. And on every line she's smiled like she was having fun.

Keeda was one of my favorites. I waited to see her dance on a slow song and I only saw it once.

Last year I read something she wrote about the show with the names of The Lockers and others, I wish I had printed it, I can't find anymore.

My cousin saw a recent picture of her and said she's STILL fine.

Lyslinger, thanks for putting this on here dude.

  • You're right Len, that is niiiice....T Y B21938....The Original Skeeter rabbit has a Lockerlegends website that discusses the art form and such.

    Peace

  • Hiya Phroggystyle. The album and song is entitled "Cutie Pie".

The band is "One Way" featuring Al Hudson, formerly called "The Soul Partners".

Alicia Meyers was also in the group.

They had a number of hits including "Mr Groove" that I used to skate off.

The choices of songs Len used when he made these videos are soooo soulful and memorable.

He is Appreciated and Loved by many.

    Peace Len and Phroggystyle:-)

  • Look at keedah breaking it down :P

    Talent+looks= STAR* (my opinion)

  • Gracias Mi Amigo y Hermano!!!!:-)

  • C you B legendary yourself Dearest :-)

  • what is the name of this song... i mean who sung it?

  • One Way is the name of the band.

  • She's very Beautiful! and I give her extra credit because this was in the seventies when it was less weaves, fake boobs etc. I bet she still looks the same.

  • About looking the same uhhhhh.... let's just say I haven't missed a meal :-)

Appreciation for your time and for Lyslinger who posted this.

  • lol

  • the OG's comment was funny, was what I meant.

  • You were a 'cutie pie' Keedah. Do you still dance?

  • :-) Why thank ya kindly. Well not quite like before NeoPoetess.

But dancing is in my blood and I do when I can, and I hope I always can.

  • ogkeedah i've always been curious. were you and pat davis from the west coast or did you and her gow up elsewhere.

  • As for Pat, I recall her living in West Los Angeles while on the show, and heard she was from L.A. I'm not certain if she was born there.

I was born and raised in L.A.

Any questions I can answer I will and I thank you.

  • OG is that you in the video?

  • Yes tis I ccth22 :-)

  • Brother Len,

Much appreciation for this and those you made for all of us.

Often our peoples stories get lost or forgotten along the way, and this helps.

Whether it's entertainment, house painting, or bean counting, looking at our yesterdays on film speaks in a serious tone, and moves us into today.

You put more names to faces and it even helped me as I didn't know many dancers from the 80's & 90's.

    I thank you again.

    Peace and Light

    Keedah The O.G.
