Alright well i have 2 Crf150r's and i know for a fact there is no way a 230 trail bike will beat a Crf150r. Even if you bore it out to the max there is simply no way. The suspension is not even comparable and the performance is much different. A 230 is a trail bike. Props to you if you can go fast on one but once you get fast, move on to a race bike.

That is a real sweet CRF 230. I can vouch for how great these bikes are having ridden one across South Africa doing the during Enduro Africa 2008. Not as high tech as a watercooled lump but I'd rather one of these than a 250 for a trip across africa - the engine is bullet proof. Wish the one I used for the africa trip looked like yours Osmair001 - really nice! My ride is a 2010 Husqvarna 250. I lvoe Husky and Honda - 2 favourite brands for bikes. Good luck!

i must say, i am not a fan of the front end of these bikes there is something wrong with the geometry of the rake, and the forks aren't all that sturdy. but man, a 230 will climb strait up just about anything. pretty fun for hill climbs.

When your YzF, KxF, or RmZ are geting their bottom end fixed. The 230 starts calling. On tight trails I smoke 250Fs . If they put race suspension on them. They'd be the best practice bike made. Or a two smoke. 230s never brake! Water cool 4 strokes bikes are all racing. If want to keep some of your money? Hop her up and enjoy forever!

people dis putting so much work into such a simple bike like this... but im telling you ive riden so many bikes im my life and im telling you it would b worth it simply because the crf 230f is the greatest bike ive ever riden and owned, u can do so many things with that bike because its just the right size... i used 2 do 70ft tabletops, river crossings, hop massive logs, and it pulls the smoothest wheelies..... il be honest tho at first i thought it was shit, but once u own one ul understand.

i had a 230.... its shit just to let u kno lol drove er 1 season flew a few small jumps... had er in the sand a few time.... and then she needed new front shocks. be prepared for some replacments if ur havin ne kinda fun lol..... u def should have a 250r. thats the shit.

@stefaniedawe ive owned a crf 230f for 5 years now, its a deadly ass trail bike never given me any problems whatsoever and yeah i like hitting jumps too. and ive laid her down once or twice too... these bikes are reliable and not meant to fly over jumps. take care of her and shell take care of you.

That is a real sweet CRF 230. I can vouch for how great these bikes are having ridden one across South Africa doing the during Enduro Africa 2008. Not as high tech as a watercooled lump but I'd rather one of these than a 250 for a trip across africa - the engine is bullet proof. Wish the one I used for the africa trip looked like yours Osmair001 - really nice! My ride is a 2010 Husqvarna 250. I lvoe Husky and Honda - 2 favourite brands for bikes. Good luck!

i must say, i am not a fan of the front end of these bikes there is something wrong with the geometry of the rake, and the forks aren't all that sturdy. but man, a 230 will climb strait up just about anything. pretty fun for hill climbs.
