could someone please explain to me why Suzy bounces up n down and almost folds in half while she is singing a lot of times? SOmeone at my church does this too, and I just don't really understand it.

Hi yahssis, I think that Suzy is just in a moment of worship where standing still and singing is not an option. The flow of the Spirit of God and those awesome lyrics would have me bouncing while I'm singing too :o).

She becomes an instrument, blending in with the music and the sounds. Her movement is a lyric to the song. I move a lot in the presence of God and, if you've heard her testimony, when the presence of God hit her at a conference and music would play, she'd dance--just spontaneously dance. It's a dance of praise and celebration and worship and Joy! All for God, all for Jesus! Yey. I love it!

Yahssis, think of how the Jews pray at the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. I've been told that there is a Hebrew term that I won't attempt to spell that describes their action of continually rocking as they are praying. The term means to 'pray with your whole being - spirit soul and body'. I suspect that what we see Suzy doing as she sings, what many do while praying in the Spirit (myself included) is just that. She is pouring herself out to the Lord fully in her worship.

As far as I know, this song has not been recorded on a cd or mp3. I believe it was recorded to video at a women's worship conference at MorningStar.
