Peyton had placenta previa and this made her a high risk pregnancy, when she started bleeding after the wedding she was rushed to hospital and her daughter was delivered by c-section, Peyton fell into a coma but woke up month or so later and made a full recovery thankgod ;)

@twilightfanpire0513 I agree. One Tree Hill started out as a story of two brothers, Nathan & Lucas. Now if one of 'em is gone, they whole storyline is gone. Besides, they all already have happy enedings. I hated how Mark decide to throw in two random characters, & make One Tree HIll about 'em.
