Linkin Park actually has said that they recorded their new cd to be COMPLETELY different than the rest because you could listen to Hybrid Theory and Meteora and think it's the same CD. They wanted to record NORMAL music, they succeeded. Some may say this was a poor choice, personally I do, I love old LP, but they're musicians. Regardless, people will listen and you should respect them for their choices. They are STILL LP at the end of the day.

First off, Anthony Green butchered almost every single song oldSAO ever had. The only one he was even remotely good in was Seven Years. In all respect, after reading all these comments, it seems to me that this isn't about Cove v. Anthony, but more like People v. People. One side, the old Saosin listeners point the fingers at the Cove-lovers as jumping onto a bandwagon of Saosin. As as for the Cove-generation, they are defending themselves from such a title. All in all, I started listening to Saosin when they dumped Green. I honestly think that each singer brought a different unique style to Saosin.
