JYB is an actor, he plays a part. Meaning if people like JYB as a guy, that's cool, but that's not Adam. It's called acting, and people need to learn that. So anime voiceovers shouldn't count since that's JYB, not Adam.

As a comment to the convo between BeAWarrior and KnightWolf, I see both of yall's points. Even in MMPR, costumes/enemies/zords changed every year, but I liked how they kept the same martial artists each year and connected the stories together. Sure, the storylines might have been cheesier, and the acting a bit staler, but remember, it was the first kids show of its kind in the 90's. And with people like JYB, JDF, ASt.John, and Amy Jo as idols? No wonder they closed a major city freeway ;P

I love the originals, but that's where I started w/ PR. The effects and stuff are better now, but that's because it's been 15 yrs. What I miss is that during the original series--up thru Zeo, there were so many ~actual~ martial artists in the roles. For instance, during Zeo, you have Tommy, Jason, Adam, and to a lesser degree, Rocky. Now...eh, it's all stunt doubles. And Disney changes the show every year. You don't have a chance to really get to know and love the characters like before.

Well yeah he is a bad ass, but Johnny (The actor who plays Adam) had to use his anime voice in a Power Ranger's episode, look at the difference between Adam's voice back then, and look at his now. Johnny has been to through many anime voice overs, which is cool, but his Power Ranger's voice changed. Which kinda of changed the view of Adam Park a little bit.
