I used to pay my bill at this store. They won't let me pay inside or I would be charged a convenience fee, and I had to pay with the kiosk outside. Well, that kiosk froze right after it got my money, and the staff wouldn't do shit about it. They said just try paying again. I'm not stupid. That same day, I went back to the AT&T store on decatur and 215 and went back with them. Fuck Metro!!
