  • Can i fill a pcp that holds 2000 psi, with a air compresor?

  • @minecraft12851

No.. please review my Take AIM on how to fill your PCP airgun. It will help you to understand the process.

    Cheers

    Rick

  • Is there anything wrong with cleaning a gun starting at the end of the barrel and working up to the breach? I did that in my Disco and it seemed to work well.

  • @Snaab92

You can do that if you need to. It is better to go from the breach, but sometimes you can't because of the gun's design.

    Rick

  • thank you

  • thank you so much i really needed to know that

  • Do I go about cleaning the Marauder Pistol the same way?

  • @AirGunLvr

unfortunately no.. You can't remove the bolt without taking off the breach. You'll have to push patches through the front end. I'd still recommend removing the shroud so that you can have better access to the barrel.

    Cheers

    Rick

  • What size is the allen wrench for the bolt?

  • @TFB82

    Not sure..

I have a bunch of them in a drawer and just found one that fit. but that is a good question.

    Rick

  • Dear Rick is there a wooden rifle stock that would fit the walter talons magnums if not which comes close to meeting the specs in measure i'm hoping to change stocks the plastic just is unacceptable thanks for the advice joshdode92.

    Awsome videos keep it up.

  • @Joshdode92

look up talontunes in google. They have mods for the air force guns and may have some stock options.

    Cheers

    Rick

  • @AirGunWeb Could I use Q-tips and a push rod on a .177 breakbarrel gun?

  • @harriet807

I guess you could.. never tried it. It is always best to use the right tool for the job. Patches work better.

    Rick

  • hi i jst baught the new gamo big cat 1250. what type of trigger do i need to get, the gtr III or the gtr g4?

  • @10joe1010

You'll need to check with D'Tuna and his site.

    Rick

  • Good info. Thanks.

Do you think i can use a .22 caliber cleaning rod on a .25 caliber marauder, if i do everything else according to your procedure?

  • @BeyondNeptune

yep.. should not be an issue.

    rick

  • Rick ....Rick.... I find it better not to screw the shroud assembly all together as one unit. but to put it back together piece by piece...shroud,baffles,oring,end cap...

I have personally seen accuracy suffer when installing the way you did in the video, and was told my Tim @ mac 1 that the marauder baffle system is meant to work under compression

  • @MrAirgunSniper

Hey there.. definitely do what works for you.. I've not found it to be the case on my end. when you think of it.. the tension should be the same no matter how you put it back together.. it is not like you loosen the front cap in the process. When you tighten down the shroud it compresses the baffles as they were before you took it off.

    Cheers!

    Rick

  • @MrAirgunSniper That's funny, I had the exact same issue with my .22cal until I took the shroud back off and screwed it on without the baffles in it, then it went back to one hole shots @ 20yrds. I have a feeling that it is touching the baffles during those last few screw ins of the shroud and preloading the barrel at an angle or something similar. Mac1 worked on mine also, I will probably buy one of his accuracy prepped .25cal next.

  • goods videos ...please subscribe airguns channel to watch our videos...

  • Happy new year bro

  • I just got a Marauder .25 for Christmas, do you think the barrel needs to be cleaned or should I jsut shoot it the way it is?

  • @MrCoonTrapper

Shoot it first.. if it is grouping well.. best to just leave it.

    Cheers and happy new year!

    Rick

  • @AirGunWeb Alright. Thanks! Same to you!

  • Can the first method also apply to the Benjamin Discovery?

  • @JrSquirreler

The Discovery does not have the breach 0-ring, so it is a bit easier.. I'm working on a modified discovery video.. may be a while till it's done.

    @MrCoonTrapper

Shoot it first.. if it is grouping well.. best to just leave it.

    Cheers and happy new year!

    Rick

  • @coyotehunter118

I've not put one in mine yet.. I guess we can see if we can work that in for next year.. (still 2011 here in AZ :) )

    @MrCoonTrapper

Shoot it first.. if it is grouping well.. best to just leave it.
