  • i remember doin the hams after a hard workout and it felt like my muscles were on fire when doing this roll. felt like it was lengthening as well...trust me it does not feel good when a muscle lenghtens after a hard workout

  • Cool video. Do you move on to smaller and firmer objects eventually or you stay with foam roller.

    I say this because in my practice the foam roller can be used for adductors, TFL and glues for a long time, but as far as hamstrings most people stop feeling it quickly.

    I use it for flexibility gains to our utilization maybe different.
