The machine can tilt back to throw pop fly's and down to throw grounders. Speed for baseballs is 20-80 mph. You can throw real balls and the dimpled type machine balls which last longer. Well the machine i got is the original model, so this one does not swivel. It just tips up or down to adjust the ball for the batter. You need the baseline model or the XL model to move 360-degrees for pop ups and grounders. And about indoor balls i couldn't tell you, I've only put real leather balls. But im sure it can, because they don't have seams like leather balls.
yes the machine works very good. And its also very accurate. very few balls are above or below the strike zone but thats good to practice your vision.

does this adjust to throw outfield fly balls and grounders. have you placed any of the indoor balls thru it.
