@TheNightridaRogue no its to be able to put traps and put aspects without being attack by magic or range. it makes you stealth but if you move your visible until you stop moving, but the only way to get you out of camo is melee or if hunter is attacking. hunter cant use attack abilities thought. and you cant use during combat

@pieeatersguilds A premade hunter with full 251 raid gear has about 30k hp and a tank with full 264 some 50k unbuffed (60k buffed at 82 with no new gear). So simply put, I wouldn't be surprised if a tank had 150k hp with raid gear in cata.

thats the old camo. get with the program.

new camo:You camouflage, blending into into your surroundings, causing you and your pet to be untargetable and providing stealth while stationary.

You can lay traps while camouflaged, but any damage done by you or your pet will cancel the effect. Cannot be cast while in combat. Lasts for 1 min.

see how a stealth icon appears while hes stationary

The main point in Camouflage is that you won't be targetable for the duration (wether you are visible or not).

On a side not, does it prevent npcs from attacking you? It would seem really awsome to me, unbreakable stealth for 1 min, fd, repeat :P

@DeadEnd2109 Obviously you don't know what the bleep so copypasta right here: The hunter enters an obscured state that prevents him or her from taking ranged damage. The character would still be subject to melee or area-of-effect attacks, and dealing or taking damage will break the Camouflage effect. The hunter can move and set traps when under Camouflage, and will receive a damage bonus when attacking while under Camouflage (which will then break the effect).

@bjermane 16k is not "amazing". hell i hit 12k atm and im not even full icc 25 HC. 5 lvs and the increase in gear, i would hope for at least a 50% damage increase maybe alot more since it has a cast time

16k just plane sucks... it was 19-23k at lvl 80 on beta

so it got pretty nurfed. And you only cast it as an opener or when talent stacked to 5 and you can use it without cast time and fokus cost
