Cheers for this. I tried 10.7 but it doesn't cycle through the different drives you might have connected and tbh I prefer having dben and fben separate. Worked a charm so far with 1.61
another Question if the drive goes bad to i need to flash the new drive with the original backup from dumping the drive or can i just flashi it with the OFW.bin file? and the 360 will recognize the new drive as the original and will work?
When I save the backup file after dumping the drive can I save it to the flash drive also or do I need to save the backup file to the c drive ect...or another souce?
And yes the sata controller can be different but since is a BenQ the controller says something like VAD6038 or something like that, but is really easy to identify it and for example mine # was 5 not 6
in the sata controller the primary port its different from yours, it say's E800. is this normal that the Sata ports are not the same in different mobo's?
i understand all the steps but when does it apply a modified firmware i dont understand. all i see from the video is you reading the drive.. then writing to the drive with the same file.. am i missing something
it did flash a warning about the drive serial howeve said writing finished
