120 christmas cards?? My word you know a lot of people. :-) I've never heard of quince before but you got me curious so I looked it up. Seems to be used more for jellies and jams. Hope you are doing well and hey, it's okay to be nerdy. lol I tell my hubby all the time he's the world's biggest nerd but that he's my nerd and that's all that matters. Take care! *hugs*

I'm almost done with my Christmas list. Went a bit overboard in the gift dept. to make up 4 last year..(which sucked arse!!). It was just the timing of health issues and such. This year will be better! I've made sure of that!! ; ))

Christmas card hell, too funny! I am working on cards, I have mostly just family to finish. First round went out in the mail on Saturday.  More going out tomorrow. I have to make a video soon. I love Shepherd's & Cottage Pie..perfect winter dish. I've only made quince jam, but I'll PM you a really easy recipe for marmalade, but it takes a while to cook the quince...mybe a couple of hours.

I have never had or seen a quince. You forgot to put your P.O. box in the description box. How is that cough now that you are on Mucinex DM? I don't hear you coughing, so I'm assuming GOOD! Woot. Also, someone is down thumbing all your comments and I don't know why that bothers me, but it does, that's why I usually turn that option off. (So I up-thumbed them all)

You can go to different web sites and look up recipes for a pie you can bake with them. Just look up Quince apple pies. :D
