  • Amanda Knox is so "innocent" that she referred to Meredith's horrific death as "SHIT HAPPENS!" And when a friend said "I hope Meredith didn't SUFFER too much"... Knox replied "What do you think? Meredith FUCKING BLED TO DEATH."

  • You've got to wonder about a persistent poster who can't even spell the chief prosecutor's name right. Yes, I'm talking about you, KjKryptonite. It's that kind of lack of care about the facts of the case that allows someone to arrive at such an erroneous conclusion, I suppose.

Honestly, I truly suggest you look more deeply and in far greater detail into the facts of the case, my friend. A vile miscarriage of justice has happened here, and I can only pray the Court of Cassation puts that right.

  • People can go on & on & on blaming Amanda...it's seems that is the only person they cont. to attack. They don't mention RS,"the Italian," & that shows me prejudice cont. to run deep w/"some" people in Italy.Luckily for the majority, it's not that way. Hence, AK is FREE today. Your battle is lost, your words have no more meaning, & I'm done responding to idiotic statements. She's guilty because?Blame Rudy.Get mad he's serving only 15 yrs for brutally raping, stabbing,& murdering MK(help or no help)

  • also... it is much easier to "Let Go" of a situation (particularly a murder as evil as this one) if the situation has been rectified.

  • @kimatoz3 The last time I looked it had been "rectified" via the courts. It seems you are not letting go....

  • well, it's great the brains got it right then, eh?

  • @KjKryptonite14 Nah.. some people Get Away with Murder..Just like OJ & Casey Anthony.

  • @kimatoz3 You're are right. Some people do get away w/murder.However, many innocent people spend many yrs. &/or have lost their life in prison. Prosecutor Magnini, alone, imprisoned over a dozen innocent individuals in the Florence case.OJ & CA both had numerous amounts of evidence stacked against them. The OJ case was resolved due to high profile.CA was free because the charges were too high & the defense influenced reasonable doubt. AK & RS have NOTHING substantial that points to guilt. PERIOD!

  • @KjKryptonite14 Well, Sir, that is YOUR opinion. I saw Lots of Evidence against them. Evidence is More than simply dna. Even Meredith's Best Friend said there was lots of Tension mounting between Knox & Meredith 2 wks. prior to Meredith's murder..and she could not BELIEVE Knox was acquitted! And Patrick Lumumba- the boss Knox slandered & accused of killing Meredith recently claimed that Knox is the World's Best ACTRESS.

  • @kimatoz3 AK was still working 4 PL so he liked her enough--stopped liking her after the "forced" false confession that she recanted several times b4/after spending 4 yrs in prison. Anyone would be mad if their name/business was ruined. Doesn't=MURDER! Tension? R U kidding me? First, both AK & MK barely saw each other over a span of less than 2 months! Between school, work,& friends they were gone.A little TENSION,over habits, doesn't=MURDER! Last, why would AK ruin everything she worked so hard 4?

  • @kimatoz3 & yes it is my opinion & the opinion of the courts & thousands of others. AK is free, she's home, & there's nothing u or anyone else can say that will change that! Cry about it all day/night, but it won't change the fact she's free. The Kercher family is NOT pressing charges & have stated they believe in the decision & the ruling & now want to find out if Rudy had help or not. People should be harping on the real killer who is only serving half a sentence w/his DNA inside/outside MK!

  • @KjKryptonite14 Actually, John Kercher (Meredith's Dad) has always believed Knox to be Guilty. And, you are certainly right that no one can change the fact that Knox is Free! But SHE gets to 'face' her own Demons.. of THAT, I am assured.. and there is nothing and NO ONE that can abort this. Thank God.

  • @kimatoz3 Thank goodness I'm an advocate for the innocent, or people like u would allow innocent individ. to spend their lives in prison or even put 2 death. It's ironic u used God. U see, there is no way u know 100% AK played a role in Meredith's death. It appears that u will be facing ur "own demons," & it seems that is inevitable. It's sad really; how people try so hard 2 find guilt in the innocent while the killer is serving a "soft" sentence for a horrendous, DNA covered, motive crime.

  • @KjKryptonite14 I NEVER ever exonerated Sollecito (in an way from the murder of Meredith), as I believe he was in on it, too. He was the one that had a penchant and weird fascination with knives, afterall. If my focus seems more with Knox, it is only because of her PR that try to depict her as an Angel...and as for "facing my own demons".... I am TOTALLY prepared for that!! My conscience is clear :D

  • @kimatoz3 No, you just didn't mention him. Plus, the "Italian" press labeled Amanda "Angel Face" & not the American Press!!! Regardless, there's really no point going back in forth w/you. This really isn't even a discussion. U feel 2 innocent people are guilty because of "tension" & what PL said & prob. a few other "minor" things you have not stated. Again, you still have yet to mention your disgust at Rudy 4 only getting 15 yrs. for the brutality he did to Meredith. What does that say about U?

  • @KjKryptonite14 hey ditto to your comment- there is no point going back & forth with you!

  • @kimatoz3 It's interesting u cont. focusing on the "American" while leaving out RS.If there would have been any motive it would have been the jealous boyfriend. Prejudice seems 2 cont. running rampant today. I just don't get it. Not once have u shared ur angst twds. RG for a soft sentence. Why? Instead,u have tried 2 punch holes in the "American" who was extremely bright, quirky, studied abroad,& wanted to soak up life-not destroy it.AK & MK were friends(c multiple docs) despite a "few" arguments

  • Mr. Lumumba stated recently that Ms. Knox is a Fantastic Actress!

  • Sorry no race card more a brain card.

  • Rudy stated it was a drug deal that went wrong but wasn't allowed to be in court because Magnini wanted to make this three way murder work/fit. Rudy stated he planned to meet with others at the location for a drug deal (Rudy was a dealer), but Meredith showed up during the process. He knew the boys down stairs because they played ball and knew they were out of town. He knew two of the girl roommates were gone and AK and MK were hardly ever home. The plan went south. This is his own words!!!!

  • She had no motive (give me a break about a few arguments) and the other two roommates spoke Italian, a language AK barely knew at the time. Most time lines are wrong via the Massei report (look at gate/cottage wrong time). Plus, since Magnini was in charge of EVERYTHING and corrupt, I have no doubt he added/subtracted certain info in that report. AK and RS had too much to lose (no motive) to kill MK with a Drifter known for breaking in homes, in trouble w/law, and carrying a knife. He stated

  • @KjKryptonite14 They bought drugs from him they knew him yet they denied it.Why?

  • Rudy was the only one to flee...to GERMANY??? Never told his friends AK or RS was there and the only one whose DNA is all over that room and was inside Meredith. Why can't people get over race and realize this man is a straight up killer. AK was an honor student and loved life. She was in Italy for roughly 2 months. Why ruin everything you've worked so hard for by killing the only roommate who spoke English and that she got along with (read her letters she sent to family about MK).

  • If you want the real truth follow the "real" trail! Prosecutor Magnini is a crook and was indicted for his cont. crimes by taking advantage of his position. Rudy Guede stated numerous times AK and RS were not there until Magnini reduced his sentence in half. Why were people not angry over that? Why was the family not upset because of that? Instead, Magninin cont. his bad behavior by paying off those who feared him (news, reporters, other prosecutors), to come up with this three way murder.

  • It's unfortunate that "most" that hate against AK & RS are either anti-American, know very little about the case, or unwilling to waiver their opinion simply because they "believe" they are guilty even w/NO "absolute" evidence linking her and/or RS to the crime. I'm not referring to media misstatements/time lines or behavior issues. I'm referring to hardcore forensics linking either to the crime. No one can "selectively" wipe clean every piece of DNA, hair, foot/hand prints in a scene so bloody

  • Italians are hating too much on these boards. I thought you all liked to party, chill, and have a good time? You are proving me wrong. Peace brothers and sisters...Peace! We are all one in the same via nature. It's one crime out of millions that happen worldwide!

  • Even if she is innocent, that behaviour in the court room in front of Meredith's family is absolutely dispicable. How dare she sit there grinning and smirking for the cameras while the parents try to come to terms with the horror of that terrible event.

I bet she makes so much money from her publicity now, and will she even mention the victim's family?

  • @aliasbrush2 Were u in her head? Were u just arrested 4 murder in a foreign country. How do people act when they are accused of murder?Damien Echols acted cold & heartless during his teen trial. Now, almost twenty yrs. later, the West Memphis Three are all out of prison 4 a crime they did not commit.Smirking? She was smiling;trying 2 show everyone she was not some brutal killer the "Italian" press made her out 2 be.Psychology answers that question easily? She was naive & had no idea she'd be convicted

  • @aliasbrush2 I hope she makes millions.Heck, she was in prison 4 4 yrs 4 a crime she did not commit. She will remember MK.People forget she was only in Italy 4 less than 2 months. During that time, she nor her flatmates were hardly there; either at school,w/friends/bf's,or away. U cannot get 2 know someone n less than 2 months when u hardly r even around. Give me a break! In fact, MK was the only roommate AK talked to the most, because they both spoke English. Many letters show both liked each other

  • What is the point you are trying to make? Who cares how well she knew her (and 2 months is plenty of time when you're living together)? To sitting there making a mockery of this tragedy in court is vile, whether she's innocent or not. Meredith's parents are sitting there devastated, and this witch is practically laughing in their face.

And 4 years in modern prison where her worst experience was some guard making sexual comments to her is hardly comparable to what MK's family are going through.

  • @aliasbrush2 It's crucial that's why. I'm making NO mockery. Tragedy is tragedy. Your response is: Let's let innocent people rot in jail because their was a murder they had n0 part of? Give me a break you loon!

  • @KjKryptonite14 Hey airhead, learn to read. At what point in my post did I say let her rot in jail? All I said was her behaviour was dispicable in court, which it damn well was.

This girl was smiling and laughing about the case in front of the Kercher family. That is utterly sick and inexcusable. Maybe after her time in jail she's sobered up a little.

  • Comment removed

  • @aliasbrush2 and NO...NO she wasn't smiling/laughing at the family. You seem to think you know what everyone is thinking? Who raised you?

  • @aliasbrush2 That was my own statement. Learn to read! You're actually calling me the "airhead?" (lol)

  • @KjKryptonite14 Please learn to comprehend English before you post again.

  • @aliasbrush2 Wow...You got me there??? (lol)

  • @fabio363

Haven't you been reading the news? We quit.

    You're on your own now.

    Good luck.

  • BLOODY AMERICANS !!

    CANCER OF THE WORLD !!!

  • haha its such a bunch of crap what this lady says."we have a very good system in the u.s. In Italy its a whole lot different." Ehh did she actually call the american legal system to be a good, fair system?!

She displays the italian justice as an archaic and brutal system when stating that amanda was "hit" and so on,when actual torture is horribly practiced in the US?!?!

Amanda was the MAIN SUSPECT of a terrifying murder, what would have happened in the US, eh??!

    This hopeless,dumb patriotism..

  • foxy ! have a nice stay in us. wtf we have a great system in the USA then what happend with O.J.

  • DNA matches perfectly. Why all these lies on national television ....

  • Anne DUI Bremer, there is overwhelming evidence against AK and you know it. Stop this bullshit.

  • Another ignorant statement by Anne DUI Bremner: "Italian laws comes from Roman law".

Anne, EVERY civil law, including American, derives from Roman law. Criminal law is different. The principles are Roman (and applied in America as well) but the laws and procedure are not from Roman law. Maybe you're refering to the civil law system and common law system.

    Go back to law school.

  • Anne Bremner talks about Miranda's rights as if those rights were only typical of America. She's so stupid that she doesn't know that the equivalent of Miranda's rights are in every constitutional system of the western world. In Italy, for example, as soon as you become a suspect the interrogation stops and the prosecutor is called in. The suspect will be provided with an attorney EVEN IF he does not want one. In Italy the suspect MUST, by law, have an attorney, even against his own will.

  • AK was NOT interrogated for 41 hours like this moror Anne Bremner said. She was questioned for about 1 hour and 45 minutes by police and a little over one hour by prosecutor with attorney present. Anne Bremner is a LIAR, and she knows very well that she is lying to the clueless American media.

  • Anne Bremner is a very credible person !!! Apparently she committed 32 crimes herself and was recently arrested for DUI. Nice friend of Amanda!!

  • Who is "Rudy G'day", by the way?

I thought his name was Rudy Guede.

For the simple-minded out there, like these reporters, that is pronounced, more or less, "Rudy Gwayday".

  • @gregtube88 "For the simple-minded out there, like these reporters"...You mean the "Italian" Press that launched an ambitious & unfair portrayal/assault of AK? Give me a break! Seriously. Stop ur Anti-American prejudice. It doesn't fit u. BTW-Instead of correcting someone for misspelling Rudy's name, you should be harping that a MURDERER, RAPIST, & THROAT SLASHER is only spending 15 yrs because of a crooked prosecutor's influence. "Rudy, cont. to indict AK/RS, & I'll cut your sentence in half."

  • @KjKryptonite14

I'm more concerned that a pair of clearly guilty murderers have walked away from a crime they undoubtedly committed. Roll on the court of cassation, I say.

  • @gregtube88 You should stake your life on it then since you were there and know they did it...!!! HA! You should be complaining about the "REAL" killer only serving 15 years for the brutality he portrayed to poor Meredith!!!

  • @KjKryptonite14

    I wasn't there.

You are, of course, familiar with the court of cassation. I would hate to underestimate you, and assume you were some ignorant know-nothing imbecile. You're not... are you?

  • @gregtube88 Oh Gregory, how will I reply to such a preposterous metaphor? As far as estimation, there is no need for me to assume anything regarding you or your "imbecilic" ways! Truth is, there was just not enough substantial "evidence," not this nickle & dime crap people cont. to bring up, to throw 2 lives away for thirty yrs. Hell, they already served four for a crime they did not commit. There is nothing you can say that will change the FACTS & the TRUTH...the TRUTH, being, AK & RS are FREE!

  • @KjKryptonite14

Beware the man who uses CAPITAL LETTERS and inappropriate quote marks without knowing their grammatical significance, for he will surely lead you down a road most travelled by imbeciles and those who worship imbeciles as their betters.

I love the fact that you have no idea what the word 'metaphor' means, by the way, yet use it in your opening gambit. Way to shoot yourself in the foot, fool!

  • @gregtube88 WOW...What a smart & intelligent person (or creature) I'm speaking with. What planet did you say you were from? Because the one (planet) here, we call Earth, def. omits 99% of everything you just said. Either I can post a link describing what a "metaphor" is or send some type of electronical disc w/basic earthly codes--hoping you can decipher? Just let me know. The quotation marks referenced your idiosyncratic grammar from a previous post. Who's shooting who in the foot, fool?

  • @KjKryptonite14

No offence, my friend, but you write like a child (and that's without even mentioning the legion spelling/grammatical errors in every one of your posts).

I'm sorry, I don't mean to bully the vulnerable, but your point of view on the murderer Amanda Knox is unconscionable, and I simply can't let you tout it around without slapping you down. (Metaphorically, of course - you do understand what a metaphor is, right?)

  • @gregtube88 First, we are not friends.Second, I have never been bullied nor will it ever happen. This is YouTube you moron!I'm not writing a novel. While we are on the subject of grammar you need to go back and look at your own statements prior to criticizing others.Your writing is incomplete, lacking substance, & plain out boring. I crack up each time I read your post.In fact what does any of this have to do w/Amanda Knox? Way to dodge the inevitable...Wait, that's extraordinary news, AK is FREE!

  • @KjKryptonite14

She is free, although I strongly suspect she will be convicted, rightly, in the Court of Cassation, just as she was in the original trial. The vast majority of those who are truly familiar with all the facts of the case find Knox and Sollecito's acquittal abhorrent.

I suggest you type the words 'True Justice for Meredith Kercher' into Google, peruse the site, then tell me what you think.

  • @gregtube88 First, I'm an advocate for those improperly imprisoned. I've studied almost every piece of public documentation possible. Second, the Perugia media along w/the crooked prosecutor (Magnini) & his team wrongfully contributed to the imprisonment of both AK & RS. AK nor RS will ever face any court internally &/or externally again. The focus should be on the tragedy of poor Meredith & how a prosecutor was able to allow a murderer's sentence to be cut in half for simply changing his story

  • @gregtube88 You can't say, "Let's put someone in prison for thirty yrs. &/or life" without comprehensive & conclusive evidence. How would you like the dice rolled against you if you were wrongfully accused? Since there was no "hardcore" facts what kind of person would want that for anyone? After all, they both spent 4 yrs. in prison already & will be attached to this forever. What if you are wrong? I know based on the evidence & would never roll the dice because a few minor details don't add up.

  • @gregtube88 Here's a true instance of bullying that has backfired on your original plan. Def. of a metaphor: "Something used, or regarded as being used, to represent something else." Remember the "court of cassation" you referenced twice.Make sure to let the last part "to represent something else" soak into your non-absorbent brain! Wow, ignorant people baffle me!Grow up!Stop worrying about other people but rather the topic at hand.We are not at an English seminar! It's YouTube.AK & RS ARE FREE!

  • Obviously the girl is guilty as sin.

The only peace she'll find is to admit her crime and start building towards some kind of internal peace. It's vile that she would put all her so-called 'loved ones' through this with her incessant, see-through lies, and that's before we even get to the Kercher family.

There's only one way for her to resolve her horrific crime, and that is to admit it to the world and, most importantly, to herself.

  • May be the american system is better but we have more crime here.

  • Is she a drug addict, because if she took drugs that night then it is possible that she did the crime.

  • i wondered when the black guy would get the sole blame

  • The way this is presented on abc news is incredibly biased. There is much more evidence than what has been said here that proves her guilty. On the other hand, it's incredible that this whole case is used to say that a system is "better" than the other. To use chauvinistic feelings and pressure/manipulation is unacceptable. Also, in my opinion, the angelic look on this girl's face is hardly credible because it really looks artificial, extremely controlled for someone undergoing such huge stress.

  • another thing, why do americans keep drawing comparisons between usa and italian law systems, if usa is so great, how come oj simpson got off??

  • Absolutely!

  • guilty

  • Well, next 26 year she is were she belongs.

  • I completey 1000% agree with you.

  • Americans deserve better news coverage. Poor.

  • How are they explaining her DNA being everywhere? and whats the motive?

  • Let's not forget the victim.

  • Comment removed

  • Amenda is a brutal killer and deserves to stay behind bars the rest of her life. American media are acting strange and are lying. US have a rediculous lawsystem, with there deathpenalty, executing innocent people and with draconic punishments. Unbeliveble, they don't have the right to criticize italian law system. Italy is a civilized european country, with a good lawsystem. Americans don't have the right to critize. US is a strange country with strange people.

  • she might be guilty, but your criticism of the us justice system is laughably unwarranted. the facts of this case have nothing to do with whether a country has the death penalty, first of all. and why do you say that the italian system can't be criticized, while you attack the US system? i'm not letting you get away with that. calling people and a nation strange is silly and prejudiced. at least we are innocent until proven guilty and have miranda rights. your system is medieval in comparison.

  • For one in America it is very common for the media here to cover court trials. With this you will see many legal analyst expressing their opinions on the particular case. Believe it or not American reporters or legal analyst place opinion on even American court trials. And it always isn't sunshine and roses for the prosecutors. So don't flatter yourself into thinking the Americans gives a two craps about what your legal system is about unless their is an interesting case.

  • @shaunhammer30 Indeed that is how it works in the US, media are only interested when it concerns rich or goodlooking persons. When you are poor, ugly and black, you can rot in jail.

  • @63champ really the race card? Have you seen our President? What about OJ being set free? Get out of the 19th century and back into reality!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @63champ Ironic...It was the "Italian" media that labeled her "Angel Face," "Foxy Knoxy," & numerous others. She was convicted via the press before ever stepping foot in the courtroom. What about the media again? The media in America helped a "black" person become President. Does your country have a black leader? I'm so tired of this race card! Blacks are flourishing in the US. Maybe they are not in your country. I don't know... don't live there? If not, you need to focus your energy on that

  • Okay, so I said a general statement for America. Now i'm going to state my own opinion and I'm not quite ass tactful as most Americans.... For one..we are strange? And this is coming from an Italian? Yikes. I believe that most Italians are rather odd or bizzare. And this case? iWell it is just plain rediculas. Why was Amanda and her boyfriends DNA in the apartment..hmm well maybe because Amanda lived there?

  • If your legal system is so amazing why don't they tape their interrogating process? Wouldn't that make this case open and closed? This guy who killed her looks like a giant tool, and here in America pretty college girls don't hang around scary looking freak strangers and take them to kill our roomates. I believed what happened is this guy broke in or was let in and he killed her for money period. And as attention getting as your country is...that is sadly all there is to it...sorry....

  • haha, good luck. that american bitch is rotting in jail for the next 2 decades and the rest of the world is happy that justice has been served. yes, your judicial and law enforcement systems are amazing, thats why there are tv shows running week after week documenting police violence and beatings without just cause. and turning trials into soap operas or reality tv like the maury show is not strange to you.

stupid ignorant american prick. you should go join that slut in prison.

  • @trinomialtree You are right, but don't you think you are a litlle overreacting.

  • @trinomialtree looks like ya' got that wrong, eh?

  • @shaunhammer30, no you don't. US send a lot of innocent people to prison or even kill them, for example, Alogan Alton Logan, released after 26 years, Daryl Hunt, 20 years, Ruben Cantu, death row and 238 others since 1989. Watch also the vid: deadly injustice USA. US legal sysem is third world quality. O, and by the way, AK is convicted after a fair trail with the possibility for apeal. Thank god, US doesn't control as much as you think.

  • @shaunhammer30truejustice. org / ee / index . php? / tjmk / C187/

    Do you call this superficial?

Anyhow in three months the judges will explain why they believed in the evidences and the defence attorney will ask for another trial.

26 years with all those evidences. I think the judges have been indulgent. There are other two degrees of judgment in our system before the final sentence. She might even end up with less than that.

  • That's a bunch of bullshit and you sound like a fool. How many prisoners have been and are still being released because of false accusations and false imprisonment in our country? You better stop before you are made to eat your words.

  • You're being lied to.

  • God the US coverage is appalling.

If it's not Amanda's parents being interviewed, it's a spokesperson!

When are they going to interview completely independent? You are not going to get a balanced opinion from this.

The character count won't let me go on a massive rant but I'll just say, Amanda wasn't interrogated for 41 hours before she accused Lumumba. She was questioned for approximately three hours. This feature is leading viewers to believe she was questioned for 41 hours straight!

  • Anyone who believes that any police in any country could interview a suspect for 41 hours is not someone capable of digesting the truth. (some a/c say 14 hours, just as rediculous) US media can put out as many lies as it wants. Amanda is going to get 30 years for her role in this rape and murder. I hope them put her in the same cell as Rudy and Raffaele. The three deserve each other.

  • @MrVemola & the coverage wasn't "appalling" in regards to AK prior to being accused via the media? Where is the balance there? Truth is...No substantial "HARD" evidence. With a room with that much blood & "everything" (DNA, footprints, hand prints, semen, shop prints IE)belonged to the sole perpetrator, what is it with the naysayers who don't get it. If AK & RS were involved, they were hovering the room (in the air).To have so much of RG's evidence, not even a trace of hair from AK? Come on?

  • @KjKryptonite14 she and her boyfriend cleaned the place up A. k. showered they said they had rung the police there was no police number on their cell phones.Their DNA should have been there they frequented the place. The only DNA was Guerda's.The one bloody footprint found was the boyfriend's Sex game at knife point gone wrong.Guerda probably talked when arrested no body believed him now nobody ever will.

  • @bluewren2 Ok?...Amanda's Home & FREE!!!!!

  • @KjKryptonite14 Oh no she isn't this thing will pursue her to her grave she has not escaped justice by a long shot .too many people know her .However having said that I think I know how she got away with it in the courts .Merideth is dead nothing will bing her back .It was an unfortunate circumstance where to kill had not been the intention. Is the way they look at it give her another chance . that won't help her I really think she is a psychopath by any definition of her behaviour.Sad case.

  • @bluewren2 Everyone knows Meredith is dead and yes it is unfortunate. Though, you seem to know very little about this case. I've been there from the beginning; since the newspapers in Italy began hounding her in the beginning due to an illegal prosecutor's malicious ways to now where most newspapers/reporters in Italy understand nor she or Raffaele are guilty after all. If you would like to know the real truth, just mssg. me.

  • @MrVemola Someone had 2 after the incredible whirlwind of backlash vs AK b4 anyone knew what the case was about. The tabloids had AK & RS guilty before they had a chance. Hence, the reason they lost the 1st trial. They won the 2nd because the "Italian" media realized they got it wrong the first time along w/the rest of the world (plus Magnini's crooked ways) There r only a "select" few who actually believe they r guilty. Those that believe r either anti-American, prejudice, or unfamiliar w/story

  • @MrVemola AK was interrogated over 3 consecutive days (12-15 hrs @ a time). AK stated she/he MAY have been there. She then wrote a letter negating most. The Italian police threatened her, exhausted her, & planted PL's name based on 1 text mssg. so she would implicate him.She was in a foreign country, barely knew the lang., young/naive w/8-12 people cont. 2 yell at her, asked same questions, no food/water/or able 2 use the restroom & hit on the head. Many innocent, under situation, have done same

  • @MrVemola btw no cameras (illegal during an interrogation fyi). Also, the night she was implicated was the night RS was supposed 2 be questioned, & they caught her off guard. She may have smoked &/or drank prior since she had no idea she was to be questioned; & along w/the brutality, she easily would have been confused & eventually made up something. Hence, the negating letter. She never once stated she was at the cottage & spent 4 yrs. in prison 4 signing a confession the police forced on her

  • PEOPLE need 2 focus more on Rudy Guede AKA "The Real & ONLY Murderer/Rapist w/all evidence twds. him; the drifter, the police record, the weeks prior where he was caught breaking into windows, carrying a knife, & stealing. Or, what the fact he needed money cause' the landlord was ready 2 evict him 4 non payment. It was almost the 1st of the month & he was hard up for cash=MOTIVE 2 steal. MK happened 2 come home during his attempt, most roommates out of town, & knew AK/RS/MK were hardly ever home

  • @KjKryptonite14 If this is the case why did AmandaKnox never use that in her defense? Why did she lie and blame an innocent man?

  • I live across the street from the murder scene its pretty wierd, anyhow

why is abc acting like the girl is innocent. she's lucky there is no death penalty here!

  • She committed rape and murder.

  • You are in the US (?), so you are only getting one side of the story. They have interviewed hundreds of people. Try googling to find the ansers to you questions. Read the sites/newspapers based in Europe, especially the sites that show her testifying.
