@7GzM0ney7 I know right? He's amazing, can't wait for Sparta's comeback. There's another great performance of this song, it's on youtube: /watch?v=aJskj9xVt64
i live in this town called marfa. 2 hours east of elpaso. population 2500. but a really artsy town. jim ward and sleeper car came and played at a house party. he just hung around and partied like he was home. cool guy. alot smaller in person!
Oh an by the way, Jim sounds the same as he always has, From St the drive in, to sparta, to his solo quite work, to sleepercar. The same amazing voice he has always given out. The man has almounts of strength, always has, always will.
Yeah, I too believe that he continues to have the same sound to his voice, but I can tell that he added another layer to it. Still brilliant and amazing, as he's always been.
Jim said that he's worked on his voice for over 6 years. He claims that the voice he found for SleeperCar, is his natural voice. This performance is a fantastic contrast from the new to the old. In my opinion, he now sounds kinda like Bono, at times.
POWERFUL!

Badass! I met him once when he and Sleepercar played in DC. He did seem like a very cool guy -- and humble too. I love his songwriting.

Arthur, you are my hero, When i am in Texas, we are going to Jim show, for sure, even if I myself have to get you where ever I am and he's playing.
