Well, in Alton Towers, (England, Staffordshire) they do happen to have right at the entrance a huge piece of track from one of the old roller coasters, Corkscrew. It's really cool.

sadly in real life old coasters are taken apart, parts are either sold, used for new rides or dumped in the employee parking lot. there are still pieces left from shockwave at 6flags great america just sitting there. if you could buy them and make a real coaster museum, that would be cool!

that would be an excellent idea, very expensive, but still excellent. It would give people a chance to ride what they weren't born in time for or missed from earlier years... it's never a terrible idea, bringing the past to the present.

no the coaster is a replica of the wildcat from idora park wich bunt to the ground from 1989 to 2001.
