Nuccia Focile sings "Si mi chiamano Mimi" from Puccini's La Bohème

Je l'ai entendue hier soir dans le même rôle, à Toulon. C'était atroce. Voix minuscule, acide, pincée. Seule la quinte aigüe reste audible. Le grave est tout simplement inexistant. A 50 ans, c'est un peu tôt pour perdre à ce point sa voix. Le reste de la distribution était heureusement très bien.

I had the honor of performing with her and her husband, Paul Charles Clarke a couple of years ago, and they were both perfectly warm and gracious.
