charges are dropped cuz its a waste of time. cops come in cuz security can only apprehend you until the real cops come. then the real cops comes, escort you off and pretend to be all mad and serious when they couldn't care less. the charges are dropped because they probably never formally go forward. its all scare tactics.
It's not beating a charge if its too dumb to persue. Do you realise how much money these things cost. They have better things to do with their money and time than trying to teach you guys to grow up. Beat the charge.. what a crock
No, they weren't wrongfully arrested. Charges get dropped all the time, especially for minor provincial offences such as trespassing (The biggest reason being, the officer is unable to attend court that day). Courts are backed up, and crowns have a lot of discretion in deciding whether a case is worth pursuing.

If the charge was BS... you could sue for wrongful arrest. But it's not. And thanks Londonredfootage. You didn't help your friend and cause, but just gave the police more evidence of what happened and made it easier to prosecute.
Isn't it amazing how people are interfering with constables who are effecting a legal arrest by talking to them!?!? I doubt I would talk to you either if I was effecting an arrest.
Also, the constables will leave it up to.. oh say the SENIOR person on ground to talk to you and your cameras which they did in one of your other videos!
