What was going on at 14:44?

@AsianTrix guy had thrown a grenade in the main room beyond the room we were in. It didn't even go off, but I guess he though it did. On top of that a grenade only clears one room which was not the room we were in. It can be confusing and he entered the building telling everyone they were dead, but we weren't.
