No, that's only the CPU, if you know how to manage with him, it can be a very useful character.

Obviously a player Balrog would be better than a CPU Balrog. But the fact remains that he's very limited, especially when compared to the number and variety of moves the other characters have.

Balrog have three moves, just like Ryu or Ken. I have seen guys play with Balrog, really scary. Check out some advanced players playing and see it with your own eyes.

I also thought long time ago that Dhalsim or Zangief were no good characters, but my opinion changed when I get owned by very advanced players with those characters. Same thing about Balrog.

The fact that you're measuring his number of moves by his number of supers shows you're not a very advanced player. Count the number of melees he has, especially in this version of Street Fighter, and you'll see there are very few because there are a lot of duplicates.

Obviously good things can be done with Balrog. I like him myself. I'm just saying he's very limited, which seems hard to disagree with.

In Japan ver., M.Bison is Balrog, Vega is Balrog, and M.Bison is Vega. Don't why the American ver. needed to switch the names so badly...it just screw things up like hell.
