Having to walk & catch buses or trains for any length of time certainly remedies that!
A half decent documentary, but too many questions you ask the viewer are left unanswered. A good thing I think, would have been to record more footage and use better "on the road" clips. The intersection time lapse was good. I suggest reading Traffic: Why We Drive the Way We Do, if you're still into this sort of thing.

The right turn isn't bad drivin it's just dumb. Stop n' go is something everyone does. Bad drivers are people who drive in two lanes or can't make a simple 90 degree turn

it is very nice that you tried to give the contribution to safer roads, but there are also some things that are incorrectly presented or you might have omitted to add them into account such as very often improperly set group of rules for a particular section of a public road. For example a redundant horizontal signalization, such as the stop one seen in the movie. Give way perfectly fits this kind of intersections whereas stop signs can only cause wasting of time that would eventually lead-->
So, watching this, I heard a vehicle on the highway near my place start franticly honking it horn. Kinda random. Good video, same thing happens here in Vancouver BC.
@swebo2 The rest of the world has smaller streets. In Germany, an American pickup truck takes up most of the street in many places, even in the larger cities.
People in england are just as bad! Many a time I have had to almost slam on my brakes because of people pulling out on me. Luckily I have good reaction times, sadly I think if I didn't I probaly would have had an accident through no fault of mine, it is not right! Good video by the way
