  • Trustee sales are the cleansing the economy needs. All of the "Creative" finaincing that got us into this debacle, is cleaned, the bad note is removed of the banks books, the transaction is done with 0 financing and all cash. the buyer gets a great deal, and gets the wheels spining again, tax dollars are spent, and so on. This is where the incentives should go, to people who can help our economy rebuild itself, but smarter and stronger this time

    The Trustee sales is HOW the "benefinciary" (MERS) purchases government backed insturments with TARP Money while REFUSING to allow homeowners to do mortgage "workouts".
