  • Hi Ehnriko! I read that they have been replicated more than 50 times by diff organizations and institutions across the Phils. The duplication of the pushcart school system is happening now in diff provinces and regions. Other countries want to replicate them. Filipinos have become more aware of the need for these children to be educated, fed and taken care of. Before, they saw [a pushcart] as a symbol of poverty, but now they see a pushcart as a symbol of hope and education.

  • True, If these Trapos ( Traditional Politicians) are not insulted by this event... they are really among those who have eyes - yet they cannot see.

  • I followed up on Efren Penaflorida ,thanks for educating me.

    Cheers Bill

    Be safe!

  • Thanks Bill! Efren is just one of the many more in my country. Every help Efrens group gets is indeed used and appreciated very much by the poor children in Cavite City. Many Politicians tried to ride in the publicity, but since this club started, they never took any help from Politicians who just want to put their names with their acts or gestures of hydrocitical goodwill. I have seen this club - personally in their plight as a small group, but they have been steadfast and true in spirit.
