@muramatsuyoshiyuki Cables don't make any difference. The cable either works as intended or it doesn't.

@TheMikegroves1 Scoop some of the mids and use DR Marcus Miller strings. That's the only way I can get a good slap tone and I use Dimarzios which are very edgy and are better suited for rock and very midrangy.
