After I ve heard some more songs I am not too sure about my first statement anymore. Of course he hasn*t still the same voice as he had in the 90s which is actually very normal I guess, i.e. I love Dickinson and his (still) great voice but certainly he has not the same power as 10/20 years ago...same to Michael Kiske. I have seen him live on the Bubbles Tour and it was amazing, now I saw some songs here on youtube and was firstly frightened about the material...need to check the CD...

I'm just saying, that his voice is too... ''clean'' for me. I like the certain type of vocalists, which, when they are pinching the high tones, they're doing it with some kind of hoarseness. Examples? Halford, Dickinson, Eric Adams, Udo Dirkschneider, Bobby Ellsworth. When they are singing really high, they can reap your bones! And it's so fuckin' powerfull! Kiske is a great singer too, but, as I said at the beggining - his voice is too ''clean'' for me :P
