The beginning and ending with the F/A talking and the 767 flying in the (back then) new livery however were changed in the late 90's and shortly thereafter DL produced completely new videos alltogether. So airodyssey is right about the same video with a different F/A in it.

According to the livery of the aircraft shown at the end of the video I think it is from 1998 or 1999. Because Delta introduced this livery 1998. Just 2 years later in 2000 they changed the livery again with the soft widget logo.
You were wondering about the date... I think this is from the mid-1990s. I flew Delta from Cincinnati to Los Angeles, and then Los Angeles to Salt Lake City in March 1996 and this video was shown. However, the flight attendant at the beginning and at the end was different.
not a good video, American's at the time is much nicer.
