When Missouri refused to allow the highway clean up project to be sponsored by the KKK, they were sued and lost. So they renamed the highway the rosa parks highway so the KKK would be forced to clean it. KKK never bothered to clean it after that and Missouri was allowed to revoke the cleanup sponsorship. Brilliant move by the state.
