What a shameful waste of money these temples are. And to think that the Mormon church does not have to pay tax on this. The Mormon Church is a living symbol of racism, homophobia, hatred and intolerance. I hope they lose their tax exempt status and are left bankrupt.

I am sorry that you feel that way. I feel exactly the opposite. Even if I were not a Latter-Day Saint I would protect the stand point of marriage being between a man and a woman. Just so you know those who voted for prop 8 were more other faiths than "mormons". We will not be left bankrupt the members support the church and will continue o do so no matter what it takes! May the Lord Bless you and keep you.
