As far as I know, no low levels can complete swan song. I'm the lowest level in picatoris, I was 68 when I finished it. Lower levelsnive seen there are in the 70s and they must be very experienced to be able to finish that quest and gather 100+ quest points.

@MAKNPiez9627 well abby demons need 85 slayer and are lvl 124 and i think flower fighting dosent work but i think its where you get flowers and go in to pvp and do something am not familiar with flower fighting

Also with wc 85-90 I found out that I can make 1mill a day BUT it was in letya I did magics with rune axe, it comes in handy to carry teleport crystals and to always be on the nxt tree asap like consentrate and You will succeed,btw it was about 10hour day and I was so bored!! (=100k/per hour)

if you have 1k hide you make 1m and you can make 1k hide in about 45 min :)

Aussie I'm 99 wc too and during my levels of like 95-99 I did many tests and resulted that magics were faster money, but less xp. But even at 99 wc the most money you could possible make per hour is 160k= 4 trips.

One last thing to comment on about woodcutting is that even though I enjoy it a lot, i do not recomend it for money.

This is a good guide and I do Green Drags in wildy which is bad but good in a way because its only about 1 min to bank

and back is about 1 min so 2 mins but you have to watch out for revs

Ok I've been playing rs for 7 Years and there is alot of good ways to make money u have most of them down… the best way I would say is merching… say your buying dragon stones buy price 40k dump 80k always sell 25% under the dump price like what I did I dumped my diamonds at 70k and made 17m total off of all it so I would go with merching just don't be gready

well nature runes a lvl 91 rc are around 900k an hour, not exactly 1M an hour now. you can do that at max speed.

However when u nature run, you'ure using assisters to craft ur 2x runes. what if you have to wait in line? what if they arn't enuf crafters or assisters? then you can not do it at the speed a person with 2x rc can do it at, therefore it is lower amount per hour.
