@NeilHolmes72 I never suggested any sort of thing and the only reason we haven't suffered likewise is the fact we are an armed populace and aren't yet reduced to throwing rocks at tanks,however the Indiana superem cout has recently held that you have no right to resist and unlawful entry from law enforcement should they decide to enter your home without a warrant. How's that grab you? In addition our POTUS extended unconstitutional warrantless roving wire taps,and this is OK?
@justaman6972 Good for the Supreme Court of Indiana. It's for the courts to determine whether a search is lawful or not. Our legal recourse is through the courts, not force. Are you suggesting we should be able to forcibly resist law enforcement any time we THINK they're behaving unlawfully? What if we're mistaken? What if we're guilty as hell?

The rant of which you speak was made as an example of the reaction of government to our Sovereign demand that they do OUR bidding not the other way round. We are not subject to the law for we are the source and authors of law. That which is created cannot be greater than its creator and are Constitutional protections.Go look.
